Returns and Exchanges

Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for items in new or slightly used condition. A 10% restocking fee applies, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Return Instructions

To initiate a return, include your order number and the reason for the return with your package. Contact us at info@dominionactive.com before sending your return to confirm eligibility.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Intimate, sanitary, or hazardous items
  • Gift cards, downloadable software, and some personal care items

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed minus a 10% restocking fee. Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Use a trackable shipping method, especially for items over $75, as Dominion Active does not guarantee receipt of returns. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Important Notes

  • Partial Refunds: May be issued for items not in original condition or returned beyond 30 days.
  • Exchanges: We only replace defective or damaged items. Size exchanges for compression wear may be available; contact us to discuss options.
  • Gifts: If marked as a gift, you will receive store credit; otherwise, refunds go to the original purchaser.
