General Information
Ensure your address is accurate for timely delivery. Dominion Active is not responsible for misdirected shipments due to incorrect addresses. We ship to PO Boxes via USPS, but expedited shipping is unavailable for these addresses.
Processing Time
Orders take up to 2 business days to process, excluding weekends and holidays.
Shipping Rates, Carriers & Timelines
We ship using USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Estimated delivery times and costs:
- USA: 5-7 Business Days | $4 - $15 depending on location and service level.
- Canada: 7-10 Business Days | $10 - $25.
- UK: 7-12 Business Days | $15 - $30.
- Australia: 8-14 Business Days | $20 - $35.
- Europe: 7-14 Business Days | $15 - $30.
- Asia: 10-15 Business Days | $20 - $40.
- Rest of the World: 10-20 Business Days | $25 - $50.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Tracking info will be sent once your order ships.
Delivery Claims
For missing packages marked as delivered, contact us within 10 days to file a claim. Dominion Active is not liable for packages reported as delivered by the carrier.
Out-of-Stock Items
If an item is out of stock, the rest of your order will be shipped, and you’ll be refunded for the unavailable item(s).
Reserved Rights Regarding Shipping
Dominion Active reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders due to excessive returns, fraudulent activity, or other similar concerns.
