How do I measure my arm?
Measure around the widest part of your upper arm and around your wrist, in the same units. Match both to the chart for this product. If you land between sizes, email us before ordering.
How do I put arm compression sleeves on?
Turn the sleeve inside out down to the wrist area. Slide your hand through and set the wrist end in place. Roll the rest up your arm a little at a time and smooth out wrinkles. Do not fold the top band over.
Can I wear them under scrubs?
Yes. The knit is thin enough to sit under scrub sleeves and most work tops.
Is there a thumb loop?
No. The sleeve stops at the wrist, so your hands stay free for work, typing and travel.
